Auto-Calculated Dues: Simply enter the Total Amount and Paid Amount. The system automatically computes pending balances and marks the status as Paid, Partial, or Due.

Instant Search & Filter: Find any customer's history in seconds by searching their name or mobile number. Filter records by pending dues to quickly identify unpaid balances.

WhatsApp Payment Reminder: Click the WhatsApp icon next to any due record to automatically generate a friendly payment reminder message pre-filled with the due amount.

Excel & PDF Export: Download your entire customer database as a clean Excel (CSV) spreadsheet or a printable A4 PDF ledger report for accounting.

Offline Backup & Restore: Export your database into a single JSON backup file and restore it on any computer whenever needed.

2. Where is my customer data saved?

All data is saved locally inside your web browser's storage (LocalStorage). It remains there even if you close the browser or turn off your computer.

3. What if I clear my browser history?

Clearing your browser's site cookies and data may reset local storage. That is why we provide a "Backup Data" button at the top to save a backup file to your PC regularly.

4. Can I send a payment reminder directly to the customer?

Yes. If you add a customer's WhatsApp phone number, clicking the green WhatsApp icon next to their entry will open a pre-formatted message requesting payment for their exact pending dues.

5. Can I export my ledger to Microsoft Excel?

Yes, simply click the "Export Excel (CSV)" button on the bottom bar. It will generate a spreadsheet containing all customer names, services, and payment details.

6. How do I update a record when a customer clears their dues?

Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the customer's entry in the table. Update the Paid Amount to match the Total Bill, and click save to mark it as fully Paid.

7. Can I use this on my smartphone?

Yes, the interface is fully mobile-responsive. You can record entries on your phone while attending to customers at your counter.

8. Does it work without an internet connection?

Once the webpage is loaded initially, all data entry, calculations, and local storage operations work 100% offline without requiring an active internet connection.

9. Is there any limit on the number of customer records?

No, you can save thousands of customer entries. Standard browser local storage accommodates years of daily transaction logs easily.

10. Can I print a statement for my customer?

Yes! Click "Download PDF Report" to generate an organized A4 document listing all transaction histories and payment status.
